Shogun 6x2 is a metro freight specialist, featuring an ultra-smooth eight-bag rear air suspension with in-cab or remote-controlled ride height control for added convenience when loading/unloading.
Fitted with a highly fuel-efficient, low-emission 8-litre 360hp engine – built to comply with JP17 (Euro 6 equivalent) emission standards – the OM936 T1 engine has a high output to displacement ratio, providing efficient, effective power delivery and exceptional fuel economy, resulting in a low carbon footprint.
With broad power and torque delivery, superior cab comfort and class-leading safety, Shogun 6x4 is built for heavy-duty applications on and off-road.
The 6x4 range includes an uncompromising 510ps / 2500Nm model through to a highly fuel-efficient 360ps 8-litre engine freight specialist with eight-bag rear air suspension.
All units feature an inter-axle diff lock and the Shogun 510 has a limited slip diff on both drive axles for greater off-road traction and control. Rock Free Mode provides added assistance when navigating wet, muddy terrain. Intelligent ShiftPilot gear mapping, calibrated for NZ conditions, enables even the trickiest terrain to be handled with ease.
Popular within the civil construction industry as tipper-trailer units, as well as for line-haul work, these heavy-duty FUSO trucks are as at home in the quarry as they are on the highway.

The new 510hp/2500Nm model (FV2651) is the most powerful Japanese truck on the road. This Hi Top 6x4 tractor has a 63T GCM, delivering maximum capability and, with a class-leading tare weight of 7700kg, it is ideal for line haul work. Air suspension provides added ride comfort and peace of mind.
The 400hp 4x2 model features a lower floor and cab height for easy access and improved cab clearance for hard-to-access areas. This heavy-duty unit fits the bill for niche applications.

From the broad power and torque delivery of the 11-litre Euro 6 OM470 engine to the highly effective, low-emission 8-litre JP17 OM936, operators can rely on proven powerplant options to get the job done.
